We search to find the right properties to generate consistent returns for our investors. We syndicate most apartment deals by raising private money from accredited investors which is used for the down payment, acquisition costs and any immediate upgrades need to create a value add opportunity generating cashflow and forced appreciation. We only move forward on a property that makes sense from day one by sticking to our well defined property analysis.
