We are looking for Class B and C apartments in B areas with a good unit mix. We like product from the 1980’s up to 2007 vintage buildings. Prefer two story buildings with simple roof lines and garden-style floorplans. At this time we are looking for stabilized assets with at least 85% occupancy and has a value add opportunity to reposition the asset in the market.
We love emerging areas around the country with job growth. We are always looking for properties in the Virginia area especially Richmond and the Northern VA area. But we definitely are looking in the Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, FL areas, Eastern TN, North and South Carolina plus St. George, Logan, Ogden areas of Utah.
